About the role

  • Make 25–35 meaningful outbound calls per day to prospective commercial clients
  • Introduce company services and communicate value propositions clearly
  • Identify and qualify decision-makers based on defined criteria
  • Schedule meetings for the CEO and Director of Real Estate Operations
  • Conduct conference-related outreach and pre-qualify attendee lists
  • Log all calls, notes, and follow-ups accurately in HubSpot CRM
  • Send personalized follow-up emails and track engagement
  • Handle objections professionally and confidently
  • Collaborate with the social media and marketing team
  • Support outbound outreach aligned with active marketing campaigns
  • Follow up on email campaigns through outbound calls
  • Assist with contact list organization and campaign tracking
  • Help nurture leads into booked appointments
  • Assist the Project Coordinator with administrative tasks
  • Organize digital documentation and maintain file systems
  • Collect and organize receipts for accounting
  • Support expense tracking processes (basic QuickBooks familiarity preferred)
  • Provide general operational and administrative assistance as needed
  • Maintain strong internal communication and responsiveness during U.S. business hours

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in:
  • Outbound sales
  • Appointment setting
  • Call center or phone-based sales
  • Proven ability to hold conversations with executives and decision-makers
  • Strong objection-handling skills
  • Clear, confident, professional English communication (Level A–B accent required)
  • Proven full-time remote work experience
  • Excellent time management and self-discipline
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • HubSpot CRM (strongly preferred)
  • Dropbox or similar cloud storage platforms
  • Basic QuickBooks familiarity
  • Ability to quickly learn construction-related software tools
  • PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED)
  • Experience in commercial construction
  • Experience with Contractor Forema
  • Experience with CompanyCam
  • Experience supporting marketing email campaigns
