About the role
- Create and manage Shopify product listings for drop ship décor, POS, and regular décor inventory
- Upload product descriptions, images, pricing, and variants accurately
- Organize products into collections
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure listings are optimized for customer experience
- Perform ongoing product updates as needed
- Resize product photos for optimal display on listings
- Ensure consistent image formatting and quality
- Optimize images for web performance and loading speed
- Utilize Canva for product-related graphic design work
- Create simple marketing visuals or product enhancements when needed
- Maintain consistent brand aesthetics across listings
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience managing Shopify stores or eCommerce platforms
- Strong familiarity with Shopify product listing setup and management
- Basic graphic design experience using Canva or similar tools
- Experience resizing and optimizing images for eCommerce
- Familiarity with other eCommerce platforms (WooCommerce, BigCommerce, etc.) is a plus
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently during MST business hours
- Strong written English skills.
