About the role

  • Assist with order entry and updates in order management and e-commerce systems
  • Review customer orders for accuracy, including items, quantities, and shipping details
  • Monitor order statuses and report delays, errors, or exceptions
  • Track shipments and assist with basic order status updates
  • Cross-check orders against available inventory and report discrepancies
  • Communicate updates to internal teams as instructed
  • Complete additional administrative and order-related support tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in order processing, customer support, data entry, or e-commerce support
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive, detail-oriented tasks
  • Basic familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, or Target
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets and online tools (Excel)
  • Clear written communication skills
  • Ability to follow workflows and instructions
  • Reliable and organized when working remotely
  • Experience with order management systems such as Channel Engine, Business Central, or Burq (training provided)
  • Basic understanding of shipping, tracking, and fulfillment processes
