About the role
- Assist with order entry and updates in order management and e-commerce systems
- Review customer orders for accuracy, including items, quantities, and shipping details
- Monitor order statuses and report delays, errors, or exceptions
- Track shipments and assist with basic order status updates
- Cross-check orders against available inventory and report discrepancies
- Communicate updates to internal teams as instructed
- Complete additional administrative and order-related support tasks as assigned
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in order processing, customer support, data entry, or e-commerce support
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive, detail-oriented tasks
- Basic familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, or Target
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and online tools (Excel)
- Clear written communication skills
- Ability to follow workflows and instructions
- Reliable and organized when working remotely
- Experience with order management systems such as Channel Engine, Business Central, or Burq (training provided)
- Basic understanding of shipping, tracking, and fulfillment processes
