About the role
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls related to patient referrals.
- Schedule patients accurately and efficiently based on referral details.
- Handle rescheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Communicate with patients via phone and text in English and Spanish.
- Independently manage assigned referral queues across multiple portals.
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and Word.
Requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish (required).
- Prior experience in healthcare, insurance, patient scheduling, or referral management.
- Comfortable with high-volume calling environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and sense of ownership.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Able to work independently with minimal management.
- Familiarity with HIPAA and patient confidentiality (preferred).
