About the role

  • Respond to inbound leads via GHL calls, SMS, and email within SLA
  • Send application links and answer basic renter inquiries
  • Screen and approve/deny renters based on set criteria
  • Send contracts, collect deposits and payments, and ensure full compliance
  • Coordinate vehicle pickups after contracts and payments are completed
  • Manage renewals, payment follow-ups, and escalations
  • Handle inbound renter support and escalate issues when required
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, documents, and file organization
  • Ensure 100% documentation, payment, and agreement compliance

Requirements

  • Strong English communication (written and spoken)
  • Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (required)
  • Experience with CRM pipelines, contracts, and payment processing
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and compliant
  • Calm, professional, and confident in handling payment-related conversations
Benefits
