About the role
- Manage daily operations within Amazon Seller Central, including product listings, pricing, inventory levels, and order fulfillment
- Optimize product detail pages for SEO, keyword relevance, and conversion rate improvement
- Monitor and maintain Amazon account health, ensuring compliance with performance metrics and platform policies
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, improve Buy Box percentage, and reduce returns
- Analyze sales data, advertising performance, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
- Oversee and manage additional e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify and other marketplaces) to ensure smooth operations
- Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, and paid social) to drive traffic and conversions
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities
- Manage product catalogs, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and platform compliance
- Track and report on KPIs such as conversion rates, ROAS, CAC, and overall performance metrics
- Collaborate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and an excellent customer experience
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Amazon Account Manager or E-commerce Specialist (required)
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, PPC, and Seller Central best practices
- Experience managing international marketplaces and cross-border e-commerce (preferred)
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP tools
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines independently
