About the role
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Manage paid ads across social media platforms (Facebook / Instagram)
- Review existing ad accounts and re-launch paused campaigns
- Conduct A/B testing and performance testing
- Optimize budgets, targeting, and creatives for ROI
- Provide performance insights and recommendations
- Support SEO strategy for a website rebuild
- Optimize website structure, metadata, and on-page SEO
- Conduct keyword research and implementation
- Collaborate with website updates to improve search visibility
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and social media ads
- Strong understanding of ad testing and optimization strategies
- Experience with SEO best practices
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Comfortable making strategic recommendations based on data
- Experience working with service-based or niche businesses
- Familiarity with creative or medical-related industries
- Senior or advanced-level experience managing multiple ad accounts
