About the role

  • Initial setup (first 2 weeks): Build and launch Gumroad store with 4–6 digital products
  • Upload product files, descriptions, pricing, and branding
  • Set up a one-page website (Wix, Carrd, or Notion)
  • Create branded Canva assets (logo, banners, ebook covers)
  • Set up email marketing automation (ConvertKit or MailerLite)
  • Connect Gumroad to email list and automate lead magnet delivery
  • Set up Instagram, Facebook Page, TikTok, and LinkedIn for brand
  • Ongoing (weekly): Manage customer inquiries via email or social
  • Post and schedule social media content 3–5x/week
  • Monitor sales and track analytics
  • Create new Canva posts and lead magnets monthly
  • Join Facebook groups and sports communities for soft promotion
  • Update CRM or Google Sheets with buyer info and feedback
  • Operate and help fully launch NIL Academy with minimal oversight

Requirements

  • Requested experience tier level: Senior-Advanced
  • MIN. HOURS/WEEK: 10-20 hours
  • SHIFT TIME ZONE: EST; SHIFT DAYS: Monday-Friday
  • Be organized and take ownership of your work
  • Experience setting up online storefronts and automation (Gumroad)
  • Experience with email marketing automation (ConvertKit or MailerLite)
  • Experience creating branded assets in Canva (logo, banners, ebook covers)
  • Experience building one-page websites (Wix, Carrd, Notion)
  • Experience with social media setup and management (Instagram, Facebook Page, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Ability to manage customer inquiries via email or social
  • Experience scheduling social media content (Buffer, Later, Metricool)
  • Experience tracking sales and analytics
  • Experience updating CRM or Google Sheets with buyer info
  • Fluent in English and clear in communication
  • Ability to work independently and build systems with minimal oversight
  • Bonus skills: Zapier, ChatGPT, Airtable, Notion (for CRM)
  • Familiarity with Google Drive, Google Sheets, Calendly
