About the role
- Schedule and manage social media posts using Metricool or similar tools.
- Repurpose existing graphic templates into multiple social media content variations.
- Assist with social engagement (comments, community interaction) to support visibility and consistency.
- Support email marketing campaigns and list management using Mailchimp.
- Maintain consistency across platforms and campaigns according to provided direction.
- Help organize marketing assets, calendars, and workflows.
- Assist in creating and maintaining SOPs for recurring marketing processes.
- Support structural organization of campaigns, content libraries, and timelines.
- Translate high-level ideas or instructions into actionable tasks.
- Assist with content updates or basic tasks on WordPress-based websites.
- Coordinate updates across marketing platforms to ensure alignment.
- Perform light administrative tasks such as inbox cleanup and organization.
- Maintain clear documentation of work completed and next steps.
- Communicate progress, questions, and suggestions proactively.
Requirements
- Prior experience in digital marketing or marketing assistant roles (required).
- Familiarity with social media management, email marketing, and content workflows.
- Experience using Mailchimp, Metricool, or similar marketing tools.
- Basic graphic design experience (Canva or similar tools).
- Comfortable working with WordPress websites (a plus).
- Able to use ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools to support execution (not replace thinking).
- Strong written communication and attention to detail.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable taking ideas and direction and turning them into completed work without micromanagement.
