About the role
- Serve as first point of contact for internal Vantaca service tickets.
- Respond to, resolve, triage, or escalate issues appropriately.
- Set up and configure Vantaca user accounts, access levels, and portfolios.
- Monitor action items and system performance for ongoing accuracy.
- Coordinate directly with Vantaca Support on escalated or complex issues.
- Follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct data audits in Vantaca during Community Manager transitions.
- Produce executive summaries for regional leaders to support retention planning.
- Perform data validation and accuracy checks in Vantaca and SharePoint.
- Assist with tracking and processing insurance policy action items.
- Communicate with coworkers and clients to facilitate Vantaca software use.
- Maintain organized documentation of ticket activity, audits, and reports.
- Support the Customer Experience team with ongoing tasks and special projects.
- Provide light training or internal guidance on Vantaca features as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in administrative support, customer service, or workflow systems.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Experienced with workflow management platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Working knowledge of Vantaca preferred (not required but highly valuable).
- Strong IT aptitude; able to learn and troubleshoot new systems quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
