About the role
- Join our team as an Intel Hybrid Field Sales Manager and become a trusted advisor for retail partners and customers
- Play a vital role in driving sales growth by training and motivating retail staff
- Engage directly with customers to gather critical feedback
- Collaborate with store management to implement effective sales and merchandising strategies
- Document store visit activities, sales data, customer feedback, and any relevant observations
- Schedule future store visits, attend meetings/conference calls, respond to emails, and plan upcoming events or product launches
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 6+ months of previous retail selling experience in consumer electronics or other technical/wireless products preferred
- 6+ months of successful training experience, preferably within direct marketing/retail environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs
- Strong analytical skills and customer service orientation
- Strong multi-tasking skills, time management, and attention to detail
- Ability to perform independently in an unstructured work environment
- Travel within 70 miles of the Ideal Market Zip Code with occasional travel to other markets
- Must have and maintain reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage
