About the role

  • Act as the subject matter expert for employment legislation across the United States, Canada and Foreign
  • Ensure all policies, handbooks, and practices remain compliant with evolving regulations
  • Drive the end-to-end recruitment and selection process for technical and non-technical roles
  • Serve as the 'go-to' person for all employee-related issues
  • Administer regional compensation and benefits programs
  • Manage the HRIS to maintain data integrity and generate actionable people analytics

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in SaaS / PropTech industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR/SPHR for the U.S. or CHRP/CHRL for Canada) is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multi-jurisdictional HR matters and a deep understanding of both U.S. and Canadian labor standards.
