About the role
- Act as the subject matter expert for employment legislation across the United States, Canada and Foreign
- Ensure all policies, handbooks, and practices remain compliant with evolving regulations
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment and selection process for technical and non-technical roles
- Serve as the 'go-to' person for all employee-related issues
- Administer regional compensation and benefits programs
- Manage the HRIS to maintain data integrity and generate actionable people analytics
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in SaaS / PropTech industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- HR certification (e.g., PHR/SPHR for the U.S. or CHRP/CHRL for Canada) is highly preferred
- Proven ability to manage multi-jurisdictional HR matters and a deep understanding of both U.S. and Canadian labor standards.
