About the role
- Build and maintain customer relationships: Establish and nurture connections with medium and small customers through phone and email
- Proactive customer support: Proactively manage existing relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels by addressing customer needs and concerns
- Collaborate with the international team to achieve regional and personal goals
- Maintain customer focus consistently prioritizing customer needs in all interactions and activities
- Sales forecasting and database management: Develop precise plans for assigned customers and keep the Salesforce database up to date with relevant information
- Occasionally visit regional or pan-European events, trade shows, and customer visits
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, fluent English and German are essential for this position
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or a similar role, ideally with a background in technical sales
- Existing experience in Inside Sales with a focus on SMB is a big plus
- A good understanding of the telecommunications sector, especially IoT solutions/connectivity, and various IoT verticals is highly advantageous
- Experience in working with Salesforce is considered a plus
- A structured and dedicated approach to collaborating with external partners
- A practical mentality, positive attitude, and a thirst for knowledge
