About the role

  • Support daily accounts receivable tasks: assist with managing the accounts receivable for the 1nce Group
  • Support closing processes: assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings
  • Manage invoicing and sub-ledgers: maintain invoicing and AR sub-ledgers for all entities
  • Record AR payments: capture and post incoming payments on a daily basis
  • Communicate with customers and internal departments: liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve open items
  • Point of contact for AR-related inquiries: provide support and advice on receivables matters
  • Participate in receivables analysis and aging reviews: assist in analyzing and assessing outstanding receivables
  • Support the execution and monitoring of dunning processes: prepare regular reports and perform analyses to optimize receivables management

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in accounts receivable
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite is an advantage
  • Confident user of MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Completed commercial/vocational training or an equivalent qualification
  • Hands-on mentality combined with an analytical, independent and detail-oriented working style
  • Enjoy working in a team and in accounting
  • Strong numerical aptitude and understanding of financial processes
  • Ability to handle tasks efficiently and in an organized manner
