About the role
- Own the full sales cycle — from outbound to close to expansion — across mid-market, and enterprise
- Build and manage pipeline with a focus on executive-level outreach and high-velocity execution
- Lead strategic discovery and demo calls that tie 1mind directly to measurable business outcomes
- Partner with GTM leadership to evolve our strategy, messaging, and sales motion
- Act as a credible thought leader and category evangelist for AI-led growth in the market

Requirements
- 3–7 years of SaaS sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding quota
- Experience selling into GTM, product, or technical leadership — and a strong network with C-level decision makers in B2B SaaS
- Background in early-stage, high-growth environments where speed and ownership matter
- Proven outbound muscle — you can build pipeline from zero
- Deep interest in AI, automation, and the future of work
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
