Customer Success Manager

• Own a portfolio of customers from post-contract signature onboarding through renewal and growth, with accountability for outcomes and long-term success
• Drive adoption and value realization through onboarding, enablement, and ongoing engagement, guiding customers through change as workflows evolve

Enterprise Sales Manager

Security Engineer

• Design and build layered security controls across OS, Kubernetes, networks, identity, and CI/CD to protect high-value assets.
• Drive deployment of security enhancements and policy changes across multi-region infrastructure.
• Lead high-impact initiatives: checkpoint/model artifact protection and encryption, network isolation and segmentation, secrets and machine identity, policy-as-code, and secure storage/access pathways.
• Automate detection, prevention, and response with guardrails and paved paths (IaC modules, validated baselines, admission controls).
• Embed security into developer workflows (shift-left reviews, SAST/DAST/SCA, SBOM, provenance), and instrument robust observability for security signals.
• Partner on risk assessments, threat modeling, and incident response; deliver postmortems and durable mitigations.
• Champion a healthy security culture that enables rapid iteration while meeting reliability, safety, and compliance expectations.

• Own and articulate the product vision for 1mind as an AI-native system, not a traditional SaaS product.
• Define strategy and roadmap across Superhuman capabilities, context & memory systems, retrieval and grounding, agent workflows, and customer-facing experiences.
• Make principled tradeoffs across model capability, latency, reliability, cost, and user control.
• Lead product direction for how Superhumans understand context: knowledge ingestion, RAG pipelines, long-term memory, session state, and dynamic grounding.
• Partner with AI and engineering to design agent behaviors, tool use, browser/action execution, and multi-step reasoning flows.
• Drive innovation in how intelligence is composed across voice, visual, and textual modalities.
• Develop deep empathy for customers using AI in high-stakes GTM and support workflows.
• Translate real customer pain into concrete AI capabilities that improve outcomes, not just demos.
• Ensure products are explainable, debuggable, and trustworthy from a customer’s point of view.
• Partner closely with engineering, AI, and design to turn ambiguous AI problems into shippable products.
