About the role
- Own the day-to-day running of selected social media channels
- Publish consistent, high-quality content
- Manage replies, mentions, and conversations to keep accounts healthy and responsive
- Work closely with the Social Media Strategist to execute campaigns and experiments
- Write clear, confident, native-level English copy that sounds human and credible
- Track performance and spot opportunities to improve reach and engagement
- Stay up to date with platform changes and best practices, especially on X, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Create short-form video content, particularly for TikTok (from idea to basic editing)
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills and follow-through
- Excellent written English, with a natural, fluent tone
- A sense of responsibility for account health and public-facing quality
- Comfort managing replies and engaging with a community at scale.
- Creative thinking and good judgement
- Ability to keep up with evolving platform requirements and formats
- Basic video creation and editing skills for social content
- Enough familiarity with Web3, DeFi, or financial technology to learn fast and ask good questions
- You don’t need to be a crypto influencer or power user, but you do need an understanding of the space or a track-record in adapting fast to new technical domains.
