About the role
- - **Employee Lifecycle & Administration:** Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, changes, benefits, offboarding), including the preparation and maintenance of employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and any other HR documentation, while ensuring accurate employee data management in HR systems.
- - **HR Advisory & Employee Relations:** Act as first point of contact for employees and managers on any HR-related queries.
- - **Payroll & Benefits Support**: Act as HR liaison with payroll providers, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing; Support benefits administration; Handle employee payroll-related queries in coordination with payroll providers.
- - **HR Projects & Process Improvement**: Contribute to HR projects (policy updates, system implementations, process standardisation); Support the implementation of global HR initiatives; Identify opportunities to improve HR efficiency and employee experience.
- - **Employer Branding Activities**: Support employer branding initiatives aimed at attracting and engaging early-career talent, including participation in external events/job fairs; Provide support to internal and external communication initiatives to help promote the company’s culture, values, and employee experience
Requirements
- - 2 years of experience in a HR Generalist job role
- - Experience in Payroll and HR Administration in Brazil
- - Good knowledge of Brazilian labour law
- - Confident administration and technical skills: Excel, Word and PowerPoint at good level
- - Strong numerical capability with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, including experience of using complex MS Excel formulas to handle large data sets is desirable
- - Strong Organisational and Communication Skills, both verbal and written
- - A flexible approach to work and being able to deliver multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment will be key to the success of this role.
- - Committed, resilient, hardworking and proactive, with a solution-oriented mindset and strong multitasking abilities
- - Exposure to working in an international or fast-growing environment is a plus
- - Fluent English skills, including speaking, reading, and writing
