• **Position Overview**
• As a Network Engineering member, in the Mobile Packet Core Services functional area, you will be responsible to propose, analyze and define the requirements for new and existing services and systems, related with the Packet systems under the responsibility of the functional area. Financial Planning and Analysis

• Report to Head of Treasury and Compliance; based in Berlin office with international finance collaboration.
• Act as finance lead for the IoT business line: understand commercial models, cost structures and growth drivers, collaborate with commercial, product and engineering teams, conduct quality checks on billing data and support revenue assurance, provide insights to enhance financial performance, and help define financial processes for scaling.
• Serve as main finance point of contact for two German legal entities: prepare financial statements in compliance with German GAAP, coordinate tax filings, statutory audits and regulatory submissions, liaise with auditors and tax advisors, align local reporting with group requirements, and oversee monthly payroll review and payroll tax submissions.

• Own and perform reconciliations for critical balance sheet accounts; investigate aged items and resolve variances; support month-end and year-end close processes with focus on accuracy and deadlines.
• Contribute to cross-functional systems projects (financial systems and billing platforms); identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation across the finance function.

Financial Accountant

• Scale processes, controls, reporting and data to public-company calibre across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Handle technical accounting projects and build robust financial models.
• Support M&A and fundraising (diligence, QoE, IFRS 3 purchase accounting, PPA, integration).
• Partner with Internal Audit to remediate findings and own remediation to closure with clear owners and timelines.

• Maintain policy library and risk matrices; run quarterly dry-run external reporting packs toward IPO readiness.
• Design and help implement SOX standard controls across O2C, P2P and R2R.
• Standardise reconciliations, reduce manual journals, and compress month-end close to ≤5 business days.
• Serve as bridge across Controllership, FP&A, Systems/Engineering, RevOps, Legal/Tax and Commercial; establish operating cadences and steerco/stand-ups.

Security Engineer

• Embed security into every stage of the infrastructure lifecycle, from design to deployment
• Design and implement scalable cloud security controls in AWS multi-account environments
• Lead Kubernetes security architecture, including PodSecurity, RBAC, and network policies
