Operations

• Overall management for a group of geographically dispersed independent contractors conducting background field investigations on behalf of 1FORCE.
• Consistent communication with field investigators to monitor inventory as well as production levels, timeliness, and quality requirements.
• Provide necessary support for field investigators to include fee approval, manifesting compliance, case note retention/compliance, case assignments, timeliness and quality status, training requirements and case incentive opportunities as they occur.
• Leverage customer and internal data platforms to identify trends, problem areas and growth opportunities.
• Monitors the workload and distribution of items across a region, including monitoring and approving incentives for independent contractors.
• Provide updates to field staff on internal and external policy, procedural and process changes.
• Prepare for and conduct field visits as needed with investigative field staff (less than 10% travel).
