About the role
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical issues (e.g., password resets, data uploads)
- Manage support cases in Salesforce, escalating as needed, and ensure timely updates for stakeholders
- Investigate and resolve data anomalies, deliver accurate reports, and maintain integrity of key metrics (e.g., xDR Waterfall, Dials-to-Connect)
- Proactively monitor performance metrics (e.g., <3% D2C rates) and resolve issues. Serve as the SME for LaunchQ systems and processes
- Document project timelines, facilitate cross-team communication, and resolve roadblocks.
- Ensure seamless operations through fuel line and omni-channel monitoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations, business analysis, or sales support.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and managing sales tech stacks.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools (non-negotiable).
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends, resolve data issues, and improve metrics.
- Proven ability to deliver clean and accurate data for reporting purposes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and resilience in facing challenges.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
