About the role
- Own end-to-end marketing operations execution across **HubSpot Marketing Hub, CRM, and Service Hub**
- Translate strategy and direction from US-based stakeholders into clear, executable plans
- Oversee campaign setup, workflows, automations, and reporting
- Perform quality assurance on all workflows, campaigns, dashboards, and automations prior to launch
- Manage campaign calendars across multiple companies or brands
- Ensure data accuracy, list health, and deliverability best practices
- Build and maintain HubSpot dashboards, including funnel, attribution, ROI, and lifecycle metrics
- Document workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Manage, coach, and mentor offshore team members
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports and actionable insights
Requirements
- 5+ years in Marketing Operations or HubSpot-focused roles
- Advanced HubSpot Marketing Hub & CRM experience
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and automation
- Experience supporting multiple brands or business units
- Strong QA, documentation, and reporting discipline
- Excellent communication skills with North American stakeholders
