About the role
- Lead, coach, and develop a small pod of Account Managers
- Provide ongoing deal coaching, pipeline inspection, and performance feedback
- Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Support reps in managing strategic and enterprise-level accounts
- Act as an escalation point for complex customer situations
- Own forecast accuracy and pipeline health for your pod
- Ensure consistent execution of deal strategy, pipeline management, and closing discipline
- Identify risks and proactively drive actions to hit team targets
- Partner with Sales, Product, and CS leadership to improve customer journey and revenue outcomes
- Identify and implement process improvements and scalable playbooks
- Ensure alignment across teams to support consistent customer experience
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success
- Proven track record of retention, expansion, and team leadership
- Experience managing or mentoring reps in a team lead or manager capacity
- Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and performance coaching skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Bachelors degree
