Account Manager

• Own client retention and minimize churn by ensuring customers consistently realize the value of 12twenty and how it aligns with their evolving needs
• Proactively identify and manage expansion opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with 12twenty’s Partnership team to drive strategic growth initiatives
• Prepare and facilitate strategic interactions including virtual and in-person account reviews, webinars, and demos to maintain and grow strong client engagement
• Build and nurture long-term relationships that inspire product loyalty and maximize the utilization of 12twenty’s technology suite
• Identify and implement process improvements within the account management department to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction

Account Manager – Employer Partnerships

Account Executive

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Career Services administrators and other key stakeholders at campuses, demonstrating how 12twenty can be a valuable resource for their campus community, including staff, employers, and students/alumni.
• Conduct virtual and in-person platform demonstrations tailored to the needs of Career Services administrators
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets by generating scalable revenue
• Create and negotiate sales proposals and contracts, ensuring they meet the specific needs of Career Services departments and stakeholders
• Collaborate with the Implementation, Customer Success, and Product Teams to gather feedback and influence product features that align with the needs of these institutions
