About the role
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives to consistently exceed pipeline and activity goals
- Own SDR performance management, including hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and career development
- Establish clear KPIs and accountability frameworks to drive outbound and inbound prospecting excellence
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to align messaging, targeting, and lead flow across the funnel
- Monitor pipeline quality and conversion metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and outcomes
- Implement and refine SDR processes, tools, and best practices to support scale and consistency
- Leverage Agentic technologies to drive SDR efficiency and GTM outcomes
- Foster a positive, high-energy team culture rooted in ownership, learning, and results
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in sales development or inside sales, including at least 1–2 years in a people management role
- A proven track record of building and leading high-performing SDR teams in a quota-driven environment
- Strong coaching and feedback skills, with the ability to motivate and develop early-career sales talent
- Data-driven decision-making skills and comfort using metrics to guide strategy and performance improvement
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
