Data Analyst

• Were on the lookout for a Lead Data Analyst to expand our data capabilities, setting the direction for how insights drive marketing, product, and monetisation strategies. As a senior figure in the analytics team, you'll combine hands-on analysis with leadership, guiding fellow analysts and shaping our approach to data. Your work will ensure that information doesn't just sit in dashboards, but fuels smarter decisions, sharper execution, and stronger growth across the business. This position goes beyond traditional analytics work youll build the analytics foundation for key decision-makers across the company, including Marketing, Business, User Acquisition, Product, and our Founders ‍‍. You wont be building dashboards your focus will be on delivering sharp, actionable insights that inform high-level business decisions . You'll work closely with our Data Engineers and lead end-to-end A/B testing , from hypothesis design to result interpretation .
