Were on the lookout for a Lead Data Analyst to expand our data capabilities, setting the direction for how insights drive marketing, product, and monetisation strategies. As a senior figure in the analytics team, you'll combine hands-on analysis with leadership, guiding fellow analysts and shaping our approach to data. Your work will ensure that information doesn't just sit in dashboards, but fuels smarter decisions, sharper execution, and stronger growth across the business. This position goes beyond traditional analytics work youll build the analytics foundation for key decision-makers across the company, including Marketing, Business, User Acquisition, Product, and our Founders . You wont be building dashboards your focus will be on delivering sharp, actionable insights that inform high-level business decisions . You'll work closely with our Data Engineers and lead end-to-end A/B testing , from hypothesis design to result interpretation .
Requirements
6+ years of professional experience in data analytics, including at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role. Advanced skills in SQL and Python (or similar), with comfort navigating large, complex datasets. Expertise in data visualisation (Looker, Tableau, or equivalent) and building tools that enable self-serve insights. Hands-on experience developing and maintaining data marts or layers to support distributed analytics. Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured, data-driven answers. Strong communication and data storytelling skills that influence stakeholders across teams. Proven track record of scaling analytics practices and leading cross-functional initiatives. Experience with mobile analytics platforms (Amplitude, Adjust, Firebase) and a deep understanding of acquisition, retention, and engagement metrics. Genuine interest in mobile apps and gaming, with curiosity about player behaviour and industry trends. Nice to have Background in advanced statistical modelling or experimental design. Knowledge of attribution methods across multiple platforms. Industry experience in consumer apps or mobile gaming.
