About the role
- Manage the end-to-end application process, including:
- Gathering required documentation and information
- Completing and reviewing forms accurately
- Submitting the application to the relevant authority
- Monitoring progress and responding to queries from the issuing body
- Handle the business license renewal process, ensuring all updates are filed correctly and submitted on time.
- Serve as a liaison with external institutions such as the **IRS**, insurance providers, and other relevant agencies as directed
- Handle related correspondence, phone calls, and email communications
- Support general administrative duties, including **data entry**, file organization, document tracking, and scheduling
Requirements
- Proven expertise in **California business, tax, and compliance procedures**
- Familiarity with **Tax Residency Certificates**, **Form 8802**, and business license renewal processes is a strong advantage
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage strict deadlines independently
- Strong written communication and follow-up skills
