Vice President

• El departamento de Treasury & CPM es el responsable de la gestión de liquidez, el funding mayorista, la cartera de renta fija del banco, los riesgos estructurales de balance (tipo de interés, divisa y Equity).
• La Unidad de Gestión de la cartera de Renta Fija realiza el control y seguimiento de la cartera de Renta Fija de Balance (cartera ALCO).
• Se realizan propuestas de gestión que se llevan mensualmente al Comité ALCO para su estudio/aprobación y su posterior ejecución si procede.
• Seguimiento y análisis de los mercados financieros y entorno macroeconómico.
• Seguimiento de las carteras de renta fija (pública y privada) con el objetivo de diseñar estrategias que maximicen su contribución teniendo en cuenta impactos en resultados, capital, etc..

Vicepresidente – Gestión Cartera Renta Fija, Treasury

• Development of client-centric analytics capabilities across all Global Markets asset classes, creating a unified view of client activity, behavior, profitability and engagement
• Implementation of advanced analytics models for sales and client management, including customer lifetime value (CLV), client profitability, propensity models, next-best-action recommendations, churn prediction and cross-sell opportunities
• Design and deployment of client segmentation frameworks based on behavioral, commercial and transactional data
• Development of business intelligence solutions, dashboards and management reporting to support commercial strategy, client coverage and business performance monitoring
• Integration of analytics and AI models into CRM platforms such as Salesforce to enhance sales workflows, campaign management and relationship management processes
• Deployment of agentic AI solutions and intelligent assistants to support sales teams, relationship managers and management functions
• Identification and implementation of AI productivity and efficiency tools across Global Markets, including the adoption of technologies such as ChatGPT and other generative AI platforms
• Collaboration with sales, trading, management, technology and data teams to identify business opportunities and translate them into scalable analytical and AI solutions
• Day-to-day engagement with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives, communicate analytical insights and drive adoption of data-driven decision making

Vice President – Cross Analytics Global Markets

• Own and drive the enterprise sales pipeline with a focus on global pharma (Novo Nordisk, Pfizer, Novartis, BMS, and peers) and medtech companies such as GE HealthCare.
• Close strategic deals in the €500k–€2M+ range, leveraging established relationships and building new ones at the global and MEA budget level.
• Develop and execute a commercial strategy aligned with Idoven's product roadmap and go-to-market vision.
• Work directly with the COO & CEO to co-develop account strategies, structure deal terms, and lead key negotiations.
• Qualify and refine inbound leads generated by the marketing team, converting them into closed revenue.
• Represent Idoven at key industry conferences, advisory boards, and pharma innovation forums.
• As the team grows, contribute to building and mentoring a high-performing commercial team.

VP of Commercial

• Lead or contribute to the development or refinement of credit rating methodologies
• Lead or oversee the background research supporting methodology development work
• Interact with and maintain relationships with the heads of the various rating teams
• Contribute to the development of analytical tools used in credit analysis
• Oversee the work of junior analysts; help train and mentor less experienced team members
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Adhere to rigorous regulatory requirements

Senior Vice President, Fundamental Credit Practices

• Estructurar operaciones de Working Capital (Confirming y Factoring) en diferentes geografías.
• Coordinación con las sucursales internacionales.
• Interacción con clientes de Banca Corporativa.
• Revisión métricas operativas y rentabilidad.
• Participación en proyectos de transformación, estandarización y mejora de procesos del negocio transaccional.

Vice President, Working Capital

• Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, driving to identify, understand, and solve complex analytical problems
• Own relationships with client teams including senior management to understand their business objectives and needs, and help them use Aladdin expertise to achieve their firm’s goals
• Drive engagement campaigns with end users and go-to market strategies to increase Aladdin penetration and commercial outcomes within assigned client segments
• Build strong internal relationships within the Aladdin Business, and the wider BlackRock, in support of your clients
• Develop a deep understanding of your client’s business objectives, and help leverage Aladdin expertise to achieve their organization’s goals
• Provide impactful solutions, combining investment lifecycle expertise with your knowledge of financial markets
• Work closely with Aladdin product managers, developers, and financial modelers to further the value proposition of the Aladdin platform
