• Support the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of governance frameworks across the organization.
• Coordinate governance activities and reporting requirements across multiple business functions and legal entities.
• Assist with board, committee, and management governance processes as required.

• Support the governance and oversight of legal entities across multiple jurisdictions.
• Assist in maintaining governance documentation, entity records, and governance frameworks.
• Support governance activities relating to third-party service providers and key business vendors.
• Assist in reviewing operating models, governance processes, controls, and commercial arrangements.
• Support enterprise-wide initiatives focused on governance enhancement, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness.

Executive Vice President, Fund Services

• Support Team Head in providing structured solutions to blue-chip clients for managing working capital needs.
• Oversee and co-ordinate the preparation of marketing materials and take the lead in commercial activities, structuring and execution.
• Monitor and help foster facilities utilization of existing deals.
• Work closely with corporate sales and coverage team to pitch, initiate and realize business opportunities within Asia Pacific and between regions.
• Participate in product development and design/structure tailor-made solutions.
• Achieve quantitative and qualitative performance objectives of the regional team in terms of origination, execution and maintenance of clients’ activities with the bank.
• Responsible for the whole life cycle of the deal, from marketing material and pitch book preparation to deal execution including preparation of credit application, profitability measurement and negotiation in the legal documentation process.
• Follow pipelines and lead in commercial activity, including analysis of client working capital needs and their evolution.
• Work with Banking & Corporate Finance team, Global Structure Trade team, Middle Office and Back Office to ensure smooth deal execution and coordinate with other geographies.
• Participate in product framework development and necessary infrastructure support.
• Support Global Transaction Banking (GTB) Department head initiatives.

Vice President, Senior Vice President, Structured Trade, Global Transaction Banking

• Support the Asia Pacific Business Management and Planning Manager with the implementation of the region's key business objectives and strategy
• Coordinate governance committees and working groups
• Carry out analysis of data, assist in the preparation of internal updates, dashboards, and executive summaries
• Produce quality written reports / presentations and run the production of regular business updates
• Participate actively in regional business plans and projects, monitor project performance against key performance indicators
• Assist in development, implementation and update of regional policies and procedures
• Identify and assess risk events relating to/impacting APAC business operations/clients
• Maintain Business Continuity Plans and serve as the business BCP coordinator of APAC
• Coordinate procurement, vendor management, and outsourcing processes in APAC
• Produce responses to regulatory surveys based on information gathered from internal stakeholders
• Coordinate and perform risk assessments
