• Manage a defined territory, performing external sales functions.

Regional Vice President

• The Vice President, Advanced Planning is a client-facing role that serves as a financial planning and estate planning subject matter authority for Fidelity’s high net worth clients and their advisors.
• Depending on our client’s needs, the Advanced Planner can deliver point-in-time estate planning guidance and education or lead a more comprehensive financial and estate planning engagement.
• In addition, the role is supported by a Director, Advanced Planning and an Advanced Planning Analyst, and together as a team will support advanced planning client engagements throughout a geographic region.
• We primarily use video technology to function remotely in addition to meeting clients and advisors in investor centers across the region.
• We also collaborate within the Advanced Planning team both virtually and in-person to maintain and increase our collective impact on the clients we serve.
• Travel is typically expected between 5% and 20% of the time, depending on physical proximity to regional sites and investor centers.

VP, Advanced Planning

• The Vice President, Advanced Planning is a client-facing role that serves as a financial planning and estate planning subject matter authority for Fidelity’s high net worth clients and their advisors.
• The Advanced Planner leads a comprehensive financial and estate planning engagement leveraging various financial planning tools such as eMoney.
• The role is supported by an Advanced Planning Analyst, and together as a team will support advanced planning client engagements throughout a geographic region.
• We primarily use video technology to function remotely in addition to meeting clients and advisors in investor centers across the region.
• Travel is typically expected between 5% and 20% of the time, depending on physical proximity to regional sites and investor centers.
• The role is remote but does require residing within commuting distance to an Investor Center or Regional Center in the states of MA, RI, CT or NH.

• Lead GenAI projects with diverse scope and complex business and technical challenges
• Coordinate with senior business and technology partners to develop solutions to the most complex business analytical needs
• Oversee end-to-end process to push code from research to production
• Deliver results with clear and measurable impact to the business
• Consult with senior business and technology partners to identify priorities and establish analytic goals, as well as form alignment on next steps
• Execute on direction for data identification, collection and qualification activities

Vice President – GenAI Technology

• Own and deliver the strategic segment’s annual bookings plan, with primary emphasis on new logo acquisition, competitive displacement, and multi-product expansion into the world’s largest enterprise accounts
• Build and lead a team of Strategic Account Executives focused on winning new business, recruiting, coaching, and developing sellers who thrive on opening new relationships, closing complex deals, and growing Gainsight’s footprint
• Drive pipeline generation and maintain strong forward-looking coverage across the team, setting the pace for outbound prospecting, account-based engagement, and executive relationship development
• Personally engage as an executive sponsor on the largest and most complex opportunities, including C-level prospecting, deal strategy, competitive positioning, and negotiation on high-value transactions
• Build and execute account-level strategic plans for every named account, identifying whitespace, mapping decision-makers, positioning against competitors, and connecting the full Gainsight portfolio to customer priorities
• Orchestrate multi-product selling across Gainsight’s solution portfolio including customer success, community, education, AI agents, and conversational intelligence to land larger initial deals and drive platform-level adoption
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Solution Consulting, RevOps, Product, Marketing, and Professional Services to accelerate deal cycles, ensure strong post-sale handoffs, and deliver customer outcomes that fuel expansion and advocacy
• Manage the full commercial lifecycle for your segment, including renewals, ensuring the team protects revenue while staying focused on growth
• Deliver accurate, rigorous forecasts through structured deal reviews and pipeline inspection, providing clear visibility to senior leadership on segment performance, risks, and opportunities
• Attract, retain, and develop top sales talent, building a team culture where high performers are recognized, coached, and challenged to grow
