• Complete accountability for ~75 clinics throughout Illinois with approximate annual revenues of $200-225M with 850 teammates across South Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, East TX and Southern Oklahoma.

Division Vice President, DVP

• Build strong working relationships to effectively understand and address opportunities for growing sales
• Develop long term client relationships with provider offices, assist them to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
• Proactively identify and evaluate new business opportunities, enrolling new providers and managing the existing provider book
• Lead sales strategy and manage budget for assigned territory as part of a broader regional team

• Service clients throughout the full insurance brokerage deal flow process.
• Retain clients; expand book of business by building relationships with prospects and producers.
• Be efficient in client deliverables and ensure that all content is accurate and professional.
• Demonstrate expertise in comparison and analysis of insurance policies and determination of needed enhancements to accomplish objectives, solve problems and identify business opportunities.
• Demonstrate ability to consistently review terms and conditions to ensure consistency with expiring wording and enhancement year-over-year.
• Be knowledgeable in ProEx policies, procedures and documents.
• Be knowledgeable about the value proposition of HUB’s South Region ProEx team.

AVP Broker, ProEx Cyber

• Responsible for the distribution of Transamerica products for a defined territory.
• Develop new business and maintain existing business relationships by conducting in-person sales meetings.
• Provide advisers with up-to-date information on Transamerica products and business building ideas.
• Reach out to prospective advisers within market to grow Transamerica’s sales and market share.
• Manage business in partnership with Internal Wholesaler.
• Allocate resources provided by Transamerica Capital, Inc.
• Participate in Transamerica national and summer sales conferences, bi-annual regional sales meetings, training, and sales meetings as required.
• Stay compliant in accordance with Transamerica Capital, Inc. rules, policies and procedures.
• Stay current on Transamerica products.

Regional Vice President, Mutual Funds

• Design and govern the enterprise training curriculum for all RCM roles
• Build and maintain training pathways for AI tool adoption
• Oversee QA programs for all human work product across service delivery
• Own the analytics infrastructure and reporting function that tracks delivery performance
• Build and lead a high-performing team of directors and individual contributors

Senior Vice President, Quality and Intelligence

• Serve as the senior clinical executive responsible for shaping and executing the region’s clinical engagement strategy
• Drive quality improvement, cost efficiency, and population health outcomes through strategic provider partnerships, data-informed decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration
• Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with CMOs and senior executive/clinical leaders at provider and care delivery partner organizations
• Serve as lead clinical executive for provider groups, translating clinical and quality priorities into actionable strategies
• Enhance innovation with hospital systems while fostering collaboration and reducing operational barriers
• Drive population health initiatives to improve the health and well-being of our members

• Organize and direct Electrification Installation Products field sales districts and areas in the Gulf Region.
