About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Complete accountability for ~75 clinics throughout Illinois with approximate annual revenues of $200-225M with 850 teammates across South Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, East TX and Southern Oklahoma.
Lead the development of team, from managers to direct patient care teammates.
Inspire your team to join you in the quest to provide high quality patient care.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives that maximize clinical outcomes and growth.
Lead team to deliver the nation’s leading clinical outcomes dialysis care.
Address top growth priorities by completing due diligence on clinic expansions, relocations, and where to build new clinics.
Maintains awareness and knowledge of the assigned market and participates in internal and external business development meetings, as applicable.
Cultivate physician and hospital relationships to generate medical director and joint venture partnerships with top organizations in the market.
Participates in the development and management of clinical operations and capital budgets.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Leadership of a multi-site operational business
Minimum of 10 years’ progressive management experience required
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree strongly preferred
Experience in healthcare preferred, value-based care is a plus
Proven experience leading a large, high performing team
Proven experience identifying and driving growth in your business
Track record of successful fiscal and operating leadership; demonstrated financial expertise
Proven ability to identify and define business problems and issues and develop strategic and financial frameworks
Proven success engaging with physicians preferred
