• Directly responsible and accountable for the marketing and underwriting of the Surety portfolio for the Allianz Trade North America Surety team

• Responsible and accountable for the marketing and underwriting of the assigned Surety portfolio within the East Region for the Allianz Trade North America Surety Team.
• Maintain existing broker relationships, recommending new broker relationships.
• Effectively market Surety's capabilities.
• Underwrite profitable business in the US and assist in mentoring, training and developing junior underwriters.
• Execute on the established strategic business plan to maintain and expand Allianz Trade’s Surety business in the United States.

• Work closely with the EVP, Head of Corporate Development & Strategy to manage diverse projects
• Collaborate on business planning and analysis with operating divisions
• Supervise A+E Labs and support the innovation agenda
• Collect operating updates and draft Board correspondence
• Mentor and provide quality control to the CDS team; lead by practical example

VP, Strategy – Flexible Options Available

• Provide full leadership and direction to a team of employees
• Grow sales and client base in coordination with the consumer sales team

• coach the Prologis data center project management team across performance, staffing and growth
• lead the construction process for new-build and retrofit data center projects

• Establish and collaborate with a community of LPL Advisors interested in offering business exit planning to build a pipeline of investment banking referrals.
• Contribute to maintaining and expanding the team’s referral network of High-Net-Worth wealth adjacent service providers, including Investment Banking, Business Advisory, OTC Hedging and Monetization.
• Proactive sourcing of leads through LPL advisors of qualified business owners ready for sale or scale.
• Dispositioning, follow up, and follow through of qualified business planning leads.
• Occasional public speaking and conveyance of advanced subject matter in small and large public speaking settings.
