Vice President

• Lead Sedgman’s European business strategy, providing regional leadership across growth, delivery, commercial performance and operational execution.
• Develop and convert a strong European opportunity pipeline, with a focus on sustainable order book growth, client relationships, commercial quality and risk management.
• Strengthen Sedgman’s market position across Europe and the Nordics, with a focus on critical minerals, battery materials and complex project delivery.
• Provide leadership across studies, projects, tenders, proposals and submission governance to support disciplined growth and delivery predictability.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, partners and internal stakeholders, influencing across regions and operating companies.
• Attract, develop and retain high-performing teams aligned to Sedgman’s culture, values and growth ambitions.
• Ensure regional delivery is aligned with Sedgman and CIMIC governance, delegation of authority, commercial and HSE requirements.
• Champion innovation, collaboration, continuous improvement and operational excellence across the region.

• Act as primary contact point for the client's Front Office team, triaging issues and ensuring they are resolved
• Using CRIMS and excellent communication skills to provide a technical support service to clients requiring assistance with the front office systems
• Maintain industry knowledge for suggestions on implementing standard methodologies and improving processes
• Take ownership of BAU issues across the Front and Middle office to resolution, engage teams as needed to maintain accuracy of Clients’ Order Management Systems (OMS) and Middle Office IBOR recordkeeping systems
• Lead and manage the investigation and resolution of queries, bringing them together from a client support perspective
• Collaborate with other teams to share approaches, develop best practices and improve team capabilities both pre and post client migration
• Interact with the clients regionally and globally as needed to ensure the deliverables are met, participate in weekly / monthly service review meetings as required
• Manage the documentation of new or update existing operation controls and procedures
• Track client feedback/requests and incorporate in FOS road map
• Help standardise strategic solutions and best practices across clients for economies of scale, working with Global Delivery business units to assess and streamline processes in order to mitigate risk, cost or service issues and generate efficiencies
• Act as a resource taking a leadership role in transformation and growth initiatives

Front Office Support SME – Assistant Vice President

• Own the research and content engine that powers Dedale's platform
• Build, grow and coach the team producing platform content
• Set the intellectual and editorial bar for the entire platform
• Push the frontier of what a research platform is expected to be
• Lead the AI-ization of platform research
• Own full P&L accountability for the platform
• Partner directly with the Growth/Exec team on renewals and expansion
• Launch and lead the Corporate Cluster

VP – Platform Intelligence

• Strategische Weiterentwicklung, Innovationsverantwortung (KI, Produkte, etc.), sowie fachliche und hierarchische Führung des Planning-Consulting-Teams in Deutschland, der Schweiz und Südafrika

Vice President Consulting Planung, Deutschland

• Oversight of day to day operations of the department
• Collaborations and interactions with Custody Management Services, Fund Accounting and KVG operations
• Contribution to business development in co-operation with sales, Relationship Managers and Clients Service operations
• Analysis of the impact of new and evolving regulations on the department in collaboration with product, compliance and legal;
• Management/oversight of the activities related to implementation of the related changes
• Contribution to the on-going Transformation, a multi-year program aiming at rationalizing operations and systems of the Depositary Bank activity at European level
• Direct interaction with clients to manage operational challenges, emerging issues and develop relationships

Head of Depositary Services, Vice President

• Own and drive JOIN's revenue strategy across outbound sales & GTM, account management, and RevOps.
• Define and execute JOIN's international expansion strategy (new markets prioritization, GTM localization, partnerships).
• Lead and coach sales & GTM, account management, and RevOps to build a world-class commercial motion.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing to align the full funnel and ensure the PLG/MLG and sales & account management motions work together seamlessly.
• Establish a data-driven revenue culture: own forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting.
• Join our management team and work directly with the CEO and other management team members to shape the overall company strategy and JOIN’s future.
