• End-to-end vehicle logistics: customer handovers, returns, and all vehicle movements before and after the subscription.
• Direct P&L ownership across logistics costs and significant indirect impact on adjacent cost items, e.g. return damages.
• Strategic direction for FINN's logistics model — FINN Stations, external partnerships, and beyond
• Scaling operational capacity, in particular our FINN Station network, to enable our growth over the coming years
• Senior stakeholder and partner management, including MD-level negotiations with external logistics partners
• People leadership across a ~20 FTE team with varied functions and backgrounds

Vice President, Vehicle Logistics

• Lead and execute Skeleton’s **investor relations and capital markets strategy**.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with **institutional investors, strategic partners, and financial stakeholders globally**.
• Communicate Skeleton’s **technology, strategy, and financial performance** clearly and credibly to the investment community.
• Prepare and deliver **investor materials**, including presentations, updates, and strategic messaging.
• Support and lead **fundraising initiatives, strategic financing, and large-scale investment transactions**.
• Structure and negotiate **hundreds-of-millions-of-euros financing and partnership deals** together with executive leadership.
• Provide **market intelligence and investor feedback** to the CEO and leadership team to inform strategic decisions.
• Represent the company at **investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows**.
• Coordinate closely with finance, strategy, and leadership teams to ensure **consistent and compelling messaging**.

• Lead large-scale transformation initiatives across systems, structures, processes, and capabilities
• Position Quality as a visible differentiator in client partnerships, business development, and strategic growth

• Ensure world-class GXP compliance while enabling agility, scalability, and operational performance
• Lead and inspire an international Quality organisation across the UK, Germany, France, Italy, and the USA

EVP, Global Quality

• Driving sales growth for Salesforce Data 360
• Develop a Sales Team distinguished by its supportive and inclusive culture
• Set and execute an aggressive customer acquisition strategy
• Manage overall sales process, setting appropriate metrics for sales funnel management
• Establish trusted relationships with key corporate teams
• Maintain key customer relationships and develop strategies for expanding Data 360's customer base

RVP, Data 360 – EMEA Central

• Define the strategic direction and continuously develop the product portfolio (EU VAT, customs, tax compliance)
• Provide functional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the product organization (2 Product Managers, 6 Product Owners, plus operational team leadership of 6 employees)
• Closely coordinate with Product Management, Product Owners and relevant stakeholders on market requirements and roadmap prioritization
• Hold final decision-making responsibility for strategic and operational matters and manage escalations
• Monitor market trends, competitors and regulatory changes to ensure sustainable market alignment
• Produce KPI-based reports and well-founded decision papers for executive management
• Actively contribute to shaping strategic initiatives and organizational development
• Ensure quality standards and establish efficient operational processes.
