Faculty Position – Registered Massage Therapy Program

• Self study topics - **ALL qualifications will include an element of revision or homework. The Lush Spa will be funding this qualification and around 180 hours of paid learning, it is therefore required that the following three unit assignments are completed in the learners own time and unpaid. All resources and information on how to complete these will be given to all learners.**

Hybrid Therapist – VTCT Level 3 Swedish Body Massage

• Internal applicants only
• Lush Spa are looking for passionate and enthusiastic members of staff who wish to train and qualify in body massage with a view to a career as a hybrid Lush Spa therapist.
• The hybrid role would allow this person to work within the spa but also display their excitement and knowledge for the spa project whilst driving the sales and business from the shop floor, spa reception or elsewhere within the Spa Store.
• This advertisement is for a place on the VTCT Level 3 Certificate in Swedish Body Massage qualification course only. On completion of the course, you will be required to undertake a hybrid role within the spa store.
• Course outline and Requirements: This is a unique opportunity to earn an internationally recognised Level 3 qualification in Swedish Body Massage, governed by the external body VTCT.
• On successful completion of the VTCT course, you will receive detailed feedback on your performance during the training. This feedback will help determine your next steps toward becoming a Lush Spa Therapist. Please keep in mind that the Lush Spa therapist position is finalized once you have successfully qualified as a massage therapist.

Therapist, VTCT Level 3 Swedish Body Massage

• Assessing and providing consultation, recommendations and interventions to a diverse group of pediatric clients in their homes and/or schools
• Ensure coordinated delivery of care through ongoing communication with the client care team regarding plans and schedules for interventions
• Problem solve in collaboration with the client and care team to create opportunities for more independence
• Promote VHA’s core beliefs and values
• Document all assessment findings, treatment plans, progress and discharge summaries of interventions as required by the profession, referral source and the organization

Occupational Therapist – Adult

• Provide community visits to assess abilities and needs of individuals

• Work with clients in various programs while collaborating with clinic’s multi-disciplinary team to achieve positive client outcomes

• Provide comprehensive assessment utilizing appropriate tools as per the presenting issues that involve all significant stakeholders in the child/youth's lives
• Provide specialized assessments where appropriate for specific issues such as sexual abuse, harmful sexual behavior/sexual offending, eating disorders and other complex diagnoses
• Interpret many different factors and formulate treatment plans including goals and clinical strategies upon completion of all assessments and ensure all involved partners have a clear understanding of treatment recommendations and plan
• Actively participate in the treatment planning process for clients including monitoring of each individual's progress toward the attainment of their goals

• Be recognized as the scientific field-based partner in the territory and maintain a deep understanding and knowledge of diseases, vaccines, treatments, and the competitive landscape to ensure excellent scientific dialogue and clinical knowledge translation aligned to business strategy.
• Be agile and adaptable to engage and provide value across a continuum of both internal and external stakeholders (i.e., primary care and respiratory experts and other healthcare professionals, investigators, medical societies and organizations, advocacy groups, etc.) in a non-promotional manner and be responsive to unsolicited inquires.
• Be a proactive and solutions-oriented partner as the primary interface between the healthcare community and the internal cross-functional GSK teams to gather and share back insights that inform current and future business strategies.

• Offer practical, actionable strategies that clients can implement independently
