Technical Project Manager

• Own the full project lifecycle from Sales handoff through client sign-off, including scoping validation, scheduling, execution oversight, and closeout.
• Maintain accurate project plans, milestones, and task assignments in ConnectWise throughout every project.
• Proactively identify and resolve risks, blockers, and scope changes before they impact delivery timelines or client satisfaction.
• Hold engineers accountable to deliverables and timelines, escalating capacity or quality issues to leadership when needed.
• Ensure every project closes with complete documentation and a clean handoff to the Service Desk.

• Manage budgetary, scheduling and delivery of assigned initiatives

• Perform requirements gathering necessary to design and build complex Public Safety & Emergency Management systems of enterprise monitoring system for related projects.
• Manage the design of the Enterprise Monitoring Solution meeting Public Safety & Emergency Management needs related to monitoring and alerting requirements.
• Develop and design VISIO or CAD type engineering drawings, bill of materials and technical specifications.
• Plan and coordinate the design of system hardware and software for monitoring systems.

PSEM Technical Project Manager
