Technical Account Manager

• Serve as the dedicated technical resource for assigned customer accounts
• Partner with customer System Administrators to understand business processes, workflows, and system configurations
• Maintain deep familiarity with each customer’s environment, priorities, and use cases
• Act as a product expert, providing guidance, best practices, and technical consultation
• Translate customer business needs into system configuration and optimization recommendations
• Support customers in understanding platform capabilities, limitations, and tradeoffs
• Provide oversight and coordination for customer support tickets
• Own or directly manage highly technical or complex issues as needed
• Effectively escalate critical and urgent issues, partnering with Support, Engineering, and Product teams to drive resolution
• Analyze support trends and proactively address recurring issues
• Ensure customers are prepared for and leveraging new product features
• Conduct Release Readiness Reviews to prepare customers for upcoming releases, including testing, configuration changes, and process impacts
• Partner with customers to drive feature adoption aligned to their business goals
• Run a regular cadence of customer meetings to review:
• Open workstreams and initiatives
• Support ticket status and analysis
• New questions and technical needs
• Open and prioritized issues
• Action items and next steps
• Serve as a trusted consultant, ensuring alignment between customer goals and platform usage
• Advocate for customer needs internally and provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams

Technical Account Manager – TAM

• Work closely with engineering teams, sales, RMA department, production, and various internal/external organizations in supporting the customers
• Introduce service programs to the customers and periodically (or on demand) follow up with the customers for operations review, etc.
• Solve issues/challenges escalated by help desk and field engineers and if the issue requires further escalations work with various engineering teams and drive to the resolution
• Monitor the assigned accounts to make sure that service cases do not fall into gaps and are followed up timely. This position will manage primarily 1 very large customer, so significant experience is required
• Gather and compile technical support documentations for training help desk and field engineers
• Manage various escalations from the customers and direct them appropriately
• Visit customers to understand customer’s requirements and present service solutions (often accompanied by sales)
• Plan and coordinate onsite integration activities
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and ability to utilize a 'buddy system' for products weighing more than 50 lbs.
• Travel is required (up to 25%)

• Proactively manage all technical related issues
• Lead projects from conception through launch
• Develop and report upon key performance metrics
• Create and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of market forces affecting clients

• Onboard new enterprise customers onto F5 Distributed Cloud Bot Defense and Shape
• Tune and optimize bot policies and WAF rulesets
• Investigate traffic anomalies and detection gaps
• Be the primary escalation point for critical incidents
• Build and maintain strategic account plans
• Identify and scope expansion opportunities
• Mentor TAMs and contribute to internal knowledge systems

Senior Technical Account Manager

• In this role, you are the technical partner our customers rely on. This is a post sales role. You'll guide them through their adoption of OnePlan by digging into their business needs, translating those needs into real configurations, and building solutions across OnePlan and the Microsoft ecosystem.
• You discover what customers are trying to achieve, then design structured, scalable solutions in OnePlan, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate that directly support those goals.
• You build and configure solutions across OnePlan and the Power Platform. This includes creating workflows in Power Automate, building interfaces or components in Power Apps, and developing or modifying Power BI reports to support data driven decisions.
• You support customers with both guidance and hands on configuration. Clients look to you for technical clarity, direction, and a deeper understanding of how to use OnePlan and the Microsoft tools that support it.
• You identify technical or adoption roadblocks and clear them quickly so customers can keep moving without friction.
• You translate complex technical ideas into clear explanations that help customers feel confident and informed.
• You manage multiple customer engagements at once, work closely with product and delivery teams, and occasionally join onsite sessions to strengthen relationships and drive adoption.
