About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Onboard new enterprise customers onto F5 Distributed Cloud Bot Defense and Shape
- Tune and optimize bot policies and WAF rulesets
- Investigate traffic anomalies and detection gaps
- Be the primary escalation point for critical incidents
- Build and maintain strategic account plans
- Identify and scope expansion opportunities
- Mentor TAMs and contribute to internal knowledge systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years in a technical role within enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience with web application security: WAF, bot management, API security, or application delivery
- Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP/S, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
- Ability to read and interpret traffic logs, HTTP request/response data
- Proven track record managing C-suite and VP-level relationships
- Ability to translate technical findings into business impact
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
