Systems Engineer

• Supports a global quality management system and related business process platforms.
• Provide day-to-day support for system users, sites, and process owners, including issue resolution, user guidance, and administrative support.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into practical workflow, form, notification, script, reporting, and configuration solutions.
• Configure, develop, test, and support solutions across new and existing quality processes and related business workflows.
• Write, maintain, or update scripts, and related configuration elements used within system workflows and business rules.
• Support intake, scoping, prioritization, and execution of enhancement and project work, balancing operational support with approved development priorities.
• Perform system administration activities such as site setup or removal, user access support, routing team and group updates, and business structure changes.
• Support testing, validation, deployment, release activities, and hypercare for new solutions, enhancements, and system changes.
• Monitor post-go-live adoption and process adherence, identify configuration gaps or workaround behavior, and escalate opportunities to improve standardization.
• Document business rules, technical design decisions, scripts, support procedures, and release notes to strengthen system continuity and reduce dependency risk.
• Partner with global and regional process owners to support a closed-loop QMS and improve process accountability, reporting, and system integrity.
• Contribute to platform improvement efforts including upgrades, automation, integrations, and other strategic quality systems initiatives.

Quality Engineer – Business Process Systems

• Play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery and optimization of technical solutions in support of a value stream team.
• Bridge business needs and technical implementation by analyzing complex systems, defining detailed requirements.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, testers and stakeholders to understand business processes.
• Document system behaviors, identify gaps, translate strategic goals into actionable stories and technical specifications.
• Design technical solutions that meet the business requirements and technical specifications.
• Perform technical assessments and support the delivery of solutions, ensuring all deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive client satisfaction.
• Maintain ongoing communication to ensure that requirements are fully understood and reflected in the delivered solutions.
• Participate in reviews and assessments of existing systems to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and re-engineering.
• Work within an agile framework, participating in planning, stand-ups, and reviews to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Assist with the investigation of technical issues that arise during implementation and operational phases of a project.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including code, processes, system architecture diagrams and integration specifications.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices to improve solution delivery.

Senior Systems Analyst

• Partner with the Arista Account Managers to understand customer pain points
• Conduct white board network architectural reviews
• Conduct Arista product presentations of Arista’s Open Networking Data Center and Cognitive Campus networking solutions
• Architect, design and propose Arista Data Center & Campus network solutions
• Perform hands-on tests to validate customer proof-of-concept setups
• Put together design guidelines and recommend improvements to customers
• Partner with Sales Team to respond to RFP/RFQs
• Provide feedback to Product Management and Engineering
• Represent Arista at SDN and Open Networking industry events

Network Systems Engineer – Pre-Sales

• Partner in shaping the technical approach and architecture of agentic systems, helping translate evolving needs into practical, scalable solutions.
• Design and implement agentic workflows that support two-way interaction between humans, agents, and internal systems.
• Build and orchestrate workflow logic using tools and frameworks such as Zapier + code, n8n (or similar), APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Partner to integrate people-focused agentic workflows into a cohesive, reliable entry-point experience.
• Bring a technical perspective to early-stage ideas and prototypes, helping assess feasibility, trade-offs, and paths to production.
• Help evolve early implementations into more robust, maintainable, and production-ready systems.
• Help establish and document patterns for reliability, observability, and safe failure in agentic workflows.
• Ensure implementations align with defined trust models, escalation rules, and human-in-the-loop principles.
• Work hands-on with LLMs, prompts, and agent behaviour to prioritize correctness, clarity, and human accountability.
• Evaluate and integrate tools, frameworks, and platforms that support agentic patterns as the system matures.
• Contribute to and document shared standards and patterns for AI-augmented systems at Orium.
• Design and evolve retrieval and indexing approaches (e.g., RAG, structured knowledge sources) to ensure agents operate on accurate, relevant, and up-to-date context.

Senior AI Systems Engineer – Contract

• Provide critical support for Brokerage business Support Ecosystem
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Develop & maintain automation and integration
• Serve as the primary contact for support inquiries
• Log all support requests in the ticketing system
• Identify and escalate complex issues
• Maintain clear communication with users
• Update and maintain support documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Business Systems Engineer II – Support

• Conducting network assessments and making recommendations for network upgrades and improvements.
• Implementing and maintaining network and controls.
• Creating and maintaining network documentation, including network diagrams and standard operating procedures.
• Leading troubleshooting efforts for network issues.
• Collaborating with other IT teams to support business applications.
• In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure components like switches, routers, firewalls, and other network devices.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and network.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely resolution of escalated issues.

System Engineer – L2

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday and Sales Compensation systems, processes, and data flows
• Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations teams
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation
• Partner with engineering and development teams to design, test, and implement system enhancements and new capabilities
• Support the end-to-end sales compensation lifecycle, including plan configuration, calculations, reporting, and payouts
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement within compensation operations
• Create and maintain detailed documentation including business process flows, data dictionaries, and system configuration guides
• Lead and facilitate working sessions, sprint reviews, and stakeholder meetings
• Define and execute UAT (User Acceptance Testing) plans, and coordinate testing with business stakeholders
• Support integrations between Workday and adjacent systems such as ServiceNow, Oracle EBS, and other enterprise applications
• Respond to, and help manage incidents. Participate in RCA activities and assist with defining SLOs and SLIs for business stakeholders
