Supply Chain

• Oversee outbound operations in a high volume, order fulfillment, multi shift distribution center
• Lead up to 4 salaried supervisors and provide indirect leadership for up to 100 non-exempt team members

• Responsible for calculating and managing safety stock levels and implementing supply chain planning strategies across a family of brands supporting our customer service initiatives.
• Build 12-month supply and inventory plan for family of brands across distribution network to be used as shipment plan for TireHub.
• Manages relationships with suppliers to influence product availability.
• Configures planning solution (Tools Group) to achieve optimal customer service and inventory investment outcomes across 80+ distribution centers.

Senior Supply Planner

• Assist in maintaining vendor records, updating contact information, and ensuring data accuracy across internal systems
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies, shipment issues, and payment variances
• Support account reconciliation efforts by validating invoices, reviewing aged receivables, and monitoring vendor account health

• Supports inventory repositioning for emergent case needs, filling order from field, short date management, stagnant inventory management, cycle count completion and correction of inventory accuracy issues.
• Partner with field-based District Service Managers, Clinicals Specialist, Sales Reps and District Managers to ensure the right product is the right place at the right time helping to execute the perfect patient and customer experience through daily coverage logistics.
• Mobilizing inventory for supply constraints within the assigned district.
