• Communicate with customers, vendors and team members to ensure customer commitments are met
• Demonstrate an understanding of GXO’s quality policies; establish procedures for maintaining quality objectives

Supply Chain Operations Manager – 3rd Shift

• Responsible for long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues and production location decisions
• Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives that include promotional activities, forecast and coordination for key events, new product launches, and network redesigns
• Monitors key sales and operations planning performance indicators, cost-to-serve performance data
• Coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives

Supply Chain Planning Analyst II

• The Logistics Coordinator has general responsibility for coordinating and overseeing all operational activities, which they are assigned to daily.
• Under the direction of the Operations Supervisor, the Operations Lead is responsible for oversight of the associates dedicated to the warehousing, receiving, and shipping of product in their area in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives.
• Associates are expected to meet company objectives in the areas of performance, safety, and quality.
• Will mentor and train new and existing associates in specific distribution activities to help achieve established customer demands.
• Oversee and coordinate unloading of inbound shipments, orderly stacking of product, and the picking and staging of outbound shipments in accordance with the highest possible levels of productivity.
• Responsible for preparing required activity reports accurately and efficiently for site management.

Logistics Coordinator

• Manages internal Purchase Orders from start to finish
• Cultivates and maintains relationships and partnerships with Internal Customers
• Coordinates commitments with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill stocking strategies
• Participates in cross-functional collaboration to resolve complex issues
• Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply

Supply Chain Specialist – Supply Chain Management

• Supervise the Inventory Control team
• Maintain inventory records and reconcile discrepancies
• Establish and maintain procedures to meet company and customer commitments
• Promote and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Train, motivate and lead others within area of responsibility
• Facilitate conflict resolution and enforce company policies and procedures

Inventory Control Supervisor – 2nd Shift

• Analyze reagent/analyzer contracts for renegotiation leverage and conversion opportunities
• Evaluate analyzer platform consolidation across 6 CHSLI hospitals
• Review reference laboratory contracts (send-out testing, esoteric testing, genetics)
• Assess blood bank utilization, product wastage, crossmatch ratios
• Conduct POCT program reviews for consolidation and vendor standardization
• Work with Lab Directors, Pathologists, Medical Directors, and Technical Supervisors

Laboratory Supply Chain Manager

• Operate an 8,000-lb propane forklift or a truck-mounted forklift (training provided)
• Load and unload storage containers onto and off truck beds for delivery to and from a storage facility
• Ensure timely delivery
• Provide customer assistance, including the sale of support items and use of online dispatch and rental systems
• Perform customer-ready inspections of U-Box containers prior to dispatch and upon return
• Prepare, receive and provide appropriate documentation for the delivery or pickup of goods
• Ensure that the warehouse storage facility is clean, dry and secure
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University
• Other Duties as assigned by General Manager

Warehouse Manager

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday Supply Chain (SCM) providing continuous input on process improvement and elevated support with respect to configurable security and business processes.
• Provide consultation and serve as a partner to Supply Chain leaders and COE’s, building domain knowledge, gathering requirements, providing solutions and impact analysis.
• Develop understanding of the business needs, evaluate Workday capabilities to ensure continuous improvement of the platform.
• Execute and develop implementation strategy for new requests including configuration, testing, documentation, change management and training of business partners and stakeholders.
• Function as one of the primary day-to-day contacts for Workday Supply Chain, proactively engaging with user inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
• Collaborate and partner across multiple departments and teams to understand business needs and to assess Workday configuration feasibility and impact to other business processes, reports, integrations, or security.
• Research and develop innovative solutions supporting strategic initiatives.
• Provide support for incident management, data requests, reporting and analytics.
• Assist in testing solutions, integrations, security, annual events, and audits.
