• Lead the Commercial Strategy Team to develop and execute brand commercial trade strategies for the ANZ organization
• Lead the Annual Planning Process, translating brand plans and integrating sales and revenue management initiatives into achievable commercial plans
• Lead Go-to-Market strategies tailored by channel and customer based on market evolution, business requirements, and portfolio goals
• Shape the innovation agenda with category opportunities, growth platforms and customer-based differentiation and innovation
• Lead, coach and support the team to deliver Brand Commercial Plans with clear growth strategies, objectives, goals, initiatives, and targets
• Lead and guide the team to track readiness to deliver on targets and measure progress and performance against plans
• Lead the creation of necessary interventions and initiatives to improve performance
• Lead the development and execution of long-term category strategies aligned with business goals and customer priorities across all channels

Commercial Strategy Lead

• Own and maintain the McDonald's 1–3 year global account growth plan
• Report on progress against the growth plan
• Represent the McDonald's global account at BD governance forums
• Drive the translation of the global growth strategy into market-level plans
• Develop and maintain a global operating framework for market account teams
• Establish clear accountability with market teams for execution against agreed strategic milestones
• Manage customer intelligence processes and facilitate regular Risks & Opportunities (R&O) sessions globally
• Assess local and market-specific growth opportunities for potential global applicability
• Feed validated market intelligence and scalability assessments back into the global growth strategy
• Collaborate with the McDonald's Product Roadmap Manager to ensure the product roadmap supports growth plan objectives
• Partner with the Account Director to align current execution with future plans
• Monitor the competitive landscape to identify threats and opportunities relevant to the account

Senior Strategy Manager

• Lead the inventory function across the Mining division, driving strategic materials management, planning accuracy, network optimisation and continuous improvement.
• Oversee a team of 6 and play a key role in ensuring inventory performance aligns with national service levels, cost efficiency, and operational excellence across Australia and New Zealand.
• Liaise with other local Australian branches and international Liebherr affiliates for key projects.
• Drive inventory optimisation and strategic materials management through the effective use of master data and ERP system.
• Identifying and actioning surplus, non-moving stock, and reverse supply chain opportunities across the network.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Production teams to meet supply objectives.
• Support and contribute to the monthly S&OP cycle to align demand, supply, and inventory strategy.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data insights, reporting, and root cause analysis.
• Provide training and guidance on inventory management best practice, systems and strategy.
