About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify key opportunities and make recommendations to improve customer experience and optimize business outcomes
Lead the execution of different projects typically ranging from 2-6 weeks with small multi-disciplinary teams
Participate in insights generation through stakeholder and customer interviews, and desktop research
Assess commercial opportunities and synthesize insights into findings
Support ideation sessions and workshops, develop prototypes for testing
Create project deliverables including insights reports and delivery roadmaps

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years’ experience in business strategy consulting at a major consulting firm or corporate in-house strategy function, with Financial Services exposure
Strong financial acumen with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Legal or a related field
Attention to detail, ability to work effectively and to address diverse problems with guidance from experienced leaders
Curiosity, collaboration and a structured approach to solving problems
Robust communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Interest for the Australian Retail Banking industry.
