About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify key opportunities and make recommendations to improve customer experience and optimize business outcomes
- Lead the execution of different projects typically ranging from 2-6 weeks with small multi-disciplinary teams
- Participate in insights generation through stakeholder and customer interviews, and desktop research
- Assess commercial opportunities and synthesize insights into findings
- Support ideation sessions and workshops, develop prototypes for testing
- Create project deliverables including insights reports and delivery roadmaps
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years’ experience in business strategy consulting at a major consulting firm or corporate in-house strategy function, with Financial Services exposure
- Strong financial acumen with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Legal or a related field
- Attention to detail, ability to work effectively and to address diverse problems with guidance from experienced leaders
- Curiosity, collaboration and a structured approach to solving problems
- Robust communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Interest for the Australian Retail Banking industry.
