Solutions Engineer

• Act as the primary, dedicated point of contact for many of Ookla’s highest valued customers
• Actively develop and grow relationships across your customer’s business and technical organizations
• Educate, train, and support our clients to ensure optimum utilization of our product suite
• Act as the primary resolution function for any issues or questions raised by your customers
• Personally troubleshoot customer-facing business and technical issues
• Engage with Director and C-Level executives in support of their business needs
• Partner internally with the sales team to periodically review account health and identify opportunities for future growth
• Champion and advocate for customer requirements within Ookla
• Participate in customer requested meetings (onsite or via phone)
• Continually develop your own knowledge and application of new technologies to support and enable growth of our customers
• Think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency in reporting, analysis, customer communication, and internal workflows
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks

Customer Solutions Manager

• Act as the primary, dedicated point of contact for many of Ookla’s highest valued customers

• Act as the primary resolution function for any issues or questions raised by your customers
• Personally troubleshoot customer-facing business and technical issues, and drive issue escalation within Ookla as needed
• Engage with Director and C-Level executives in support of their business needs
• Partner internally with the sales team to periodically review account health and identify opportunities for future growth within your accounts, and assist with pre-sales activities
• Champion and advocate for customer requirements within Ookla (be their voice)
• Participate in customer requested meetings (onsite or via phone)
• Continually develop your own knowledge and application of new technologies to support and enable growth of our customers
• Think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges as you help our customers take advantage of Ookla’s data products
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency in reporting, analysis, customer communication, and internal workflows
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks across customer success, technical analysis, and operational processes
• Support the development of AI-assisted dashboards, summaries, insights, and executive-ready outputs
• Use AI to accelerate market analysis, customer benchmarking, root-cause investigation, and trend identification
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to explore AI-driven use cases that improve customer value

• Oversee the solution sales activities within the sales process to gain the technical win and the customers' trust
• Help the customers move securely into the cloud
• Participate in solution led sales calls and prospect visits, qualifying the customer's requirements
• Gather requirements, develop use cases, and understand our client's needs and constraints
• Can present the 'Threat Defence Lifecycle' and how this solves the customers' need and outcomes
• Provide technical expertise on customer product and solution demonstrations
• Create unsolicited solution proposals and ensure it meets or exceed the customer's requirements and is fit for the intended purpose
• Manage the technical or solution response to RFIs/RFPs and orchestration of the virtual teams to help achieve a comprehensive consultative response
• Present a solution proposal to the customer, demonstrate how we solve the customer's requirements and how this aligns with the customers' outcomes and differentiate from the competition
• Lead the proof of concept from engagement, ownership of all activities and orchestration, through to completion
• Retain a competent level of knowledge and technical experience across Trellix products, solutions and sales proposition
• Remain current on cloud security trends and industry analysts report and use this knowledge to promote technical sales wins
• Play a proactive role within your target accounts including building a trusted relationship, monitoring/managing customer issues in partnership with support, expand the existing footprint and promote displacements
• A mentor for SEs sharing best practices, providing feedback to product
• Technical account lead for Customer Executive Briefing events
• Support customer beta activities and early adopter programs
• Maintain the technical SE activities within Salesforce system
• Participate in the Global Presales Enablement program, through the delivery of formal classroom training
• Follow Trellix corporate guidelines and compliance

Senior Solutions Engineer

• Support Business Development and Sales teams as part of a Team of 4, partnering with Industry Business leads, Account Managers, and Developer Relations managers to drive our developers’ ecosystem success.
• Work directly with developers and customers in a customer-facing setting
• Support developers in adopting NVIDIA libraries and software frameworks as the foundation for modern AI and data platforms.
• Analyze application architectures and find opportunities for acceleration.
• Provide feedback and collaborate with engineering, product and research teams.
• Deliver trainings, hackathons and technical demonstrations on NVIDIA solutions and platforms.

Senior AI Solutions Architect

• Work with our sales team to prepare and present solutions to clients
• Prepare demos, assist with proposals and requirements analysis
• Interact with clients to understand their strategic and operational needs
• Prepare solution materials, conduct product showcases, and run proof of concepts
• Work with ecosystem partners to advise customers on implementation strategies
• Collaborate with delivery teams and coordinate with product management
