• Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of LRN’s products to prospects, clients, and employees.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand prospect / customer requirements and provide sales support.

• Responsible for development of Industrial Business by promoting ECS GI product portfolio

Sales Engineer – Industrial, Electrical Connectors

• Develop and grow revenue through consultative selling with clients and prospects
• Provide email and telephone-based presales technical support for software products
• Perform production demonstrations that articulate the business and technical value of SOTI solutions
• Collaborate consultatively with the regional sales team and stakeholders
• Educate and facilitate SOTI solutions addressing business and technical outcomes
• Present the solution architecture, including all technical aspects of the product and supporting systems
• Provide pre-sales technical support, installing and configuring enterprise software solutions during POC to prospective customers
• Communicate with internal product development teams to resolve product issues & generate recommendations for product roadmaps
• Assist with the execution of internal team projects and initiatives

Sales Engineer, Level 2

• Serve as a client-facing technical advisor throughout the pre-sales cycle, building credibility with technical and business stakeholders
• Understand the competitive landscape and clearly articulate the value proposition and key differentiators of ACA products/offerings
• Partner with Sales to plan and facilitate customer meetings, and where possible, support them (discovery, solutioning, and Q&A) and align on next steps
• Prepare and deliver high-quality, audience-appropriate presentations and technical software demonstrations (live and remote), tailoring messaging to client goals and use cases
• Facilitate consultative discovery to assess client requirements, uncover pain points, and translate needs into proposed solutions using Alpha
• Effectively handle client objections and manage complex stakeholder dynamics by adapting positioning, content, and demonstrations to address concerns
• Assist with client management for assigned opportunities, including meeting preparation, follow-up and communications
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key client stakeholders from procurement through delivery by consistently demonstrating value and expected outcomes
• Constantly remain up to speed with current product developments and enhancements and proactively enable internal teams with client-ready messaging and demo assets
• Build strong internal partnerships with ACA consultants, sales team members, and product team members to ensure consistent client experience and successful handoffs

Sales Engineer II

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify customer needs and develop tailored security solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert on our security products and services, staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the security industry.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and workshops for prospective customers, showcasing the features and functionality of our security solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, technical documentation, and presentations that effectively address customer requirements and highlight the unique value proposition of our security offerings.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales tools, including product datasheets, whitepapers, and technical FAQs, to support the sales process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to provide feedback on customer requirements and contribute to the development of new security products and enhancements.
• Respond to customer inquiries, technical objections, and concerns in a timely and effective manner, providing accurate and relevant information to address their needs.
• Stay informed about competitors' security offerings and market trends, providing insights and recommendations to the sales and product teams.
• Conduct post-sales activities, such as customer training, implementation support, and troubleshooting, for critical project as needed.

Senior Sales Engineer

• Drive service contract (AMC/CMC) bookings, renewals, and spares sales for assigned territory and accounts.
• Analyze customer installed base (IB) to identify mandatory and recommended spares requirements.
• Proactively position and sell mandatory and recommended spares based on historical consumption.
• Manage install-base data and develop service revenue plans with Service Operations.
• Identify contract coverage gaps and convert break-fix customers into contract customers.
• Prepare quotations aligned with pricing and approval guidelines.
• Coordinate with field service engineers for contract execution readiness.
• Track service sales pipeline and forecast accuracy using CRM tools (SFDC / ServiceMax).
• Support joint Sales + Service initiatives and obsolete installed base replacement programs.
• Build relationships with municipal customers, consultants, EPCs, and channel partners.
• Ensure timely collection support and adherence to contract terms.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual service revenue targets.
