Sales Development Rep

• Conduct outbound cold calls to a curated list of senior-level IT and operations contacts provided by the client.
• Engage CTOs, CIOs, IT Directors, VPs of IT, and Operations Leaders across the AEC and Energy industries.
• Book qualified discovery meetings directly with the business owner.
• Reconfirm all booked meetings the day before scheduled appointments.
• Provide a short weekly recap outlining what messaging is working, common objections or patterns from prospects, and insights from conversations with IT leaders.

Outbound Sales Development Representative – AEC, Energy Focus

• Research real estate investors, property owners, real estate agents, brokers, bloggers, website owners, journalists, and other relevant contacts.
• Build clean, accurate prospect lists with names, titles, emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles, company details, and relevant notes.
• Send outreach messages through email, LinkedIn, SMS, and other approved channels.
• Follow up with leads consistently and professionally.
• Help book qualified appointments for Sales Associates and the Sales Manager.
• Support the sales team with follow-up messages to existing leads.
• Track outreach activity organized and up to date.

Sales Development Representative – Outreach Specialist

• Develop and execute strategies for lead generation and sales outreach.

• Booking outbound meetings through various outreach methods, including cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Coordinating meetings or demos between potential clients and the sales team.
• Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of ProsperOps' products and services to effectively communicate their value.
• Qualifying leads based on specific criteria, such as total cloud spend and potential needs for cost optimization.
• Managing relationships with warm leads and delivering relevant marketing content to prospects.
• Collaboratively working with sales, marketing, and revenue operations teams to align strategies and optimize outreach efforts.
• Tracking and managing prospect interactions and follow-ups within the HubSpot.
• Participating in regular training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Providing feedback to the marketing team on lead generation quality and campaign effectiveness.
• Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic approaches.
• Contributing to the refinement of sales pitches and materials based on prospect interactions and outcomes.
• Actively listening to prospects during interactions to better understand their needs and tailor the sales approach.
• Demonstrating creativity in outreach methods, such as using video prospecting and LinkedIn voice notes.
