• Providing direct line 1 risk support to the Chief Operating Office of Technology & Enterprise Operations (T&EO)
• Support to Head of Risk Enablement and Delivery
• Covering the management of day-to-day risks
• Reporting of matters to the COO risk forum and GETEO office
• Assisting in the ongoing uplift of enterprise risk and risk culture across T&EO
• Ensuring that NAB’s risk management strategy, operational risk management and control frameworks are applied effectively
• Providing advice and guidance on risk, obligations, events and control items
• Conducting compliance and operational risk reporting
• Performing risk and control reviews and regularly assessing impacts
• Ensuring issues are known and resolved in a timely manner
• Lead gap assessment and treatment plan execution
• Performing management of control environment through design, testing and management of controls

Consultant, Risk Enablement and Delivery

• Support Head of Risk Enablement and Delivery, covering the management of day-to-day risks
• Reporting of matters to the COO risk forum and GETEO office
• Assisting in the ongoing uplift of enterprise risk and risk culture across T&EO
• Conduct compliance and operational risk reporting
• Perform risk and control reviews and regularly assess impacts
• Ensure issues are known and resolved in a timely manner
• Lead gap assessment and treatment plan execution
• Management of control environment through design, testing and management of controls
• Team leadership

Manager, Risk Enablement and Delivery

• Oversee fraud management, risk control, and compliance operations.
• Define risk appetites, build and optimize risk models, and ensure trademark protection.
• Manage a team of specialists to mitigate fraud/security/financial/compliance risks on Platform Ecommerce.
• Actively identify signs of fraud and implement countermeasures promptly.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to build, evaluate, and optimize rule-based models or risk scoring/behavioral models.
• Leverage data and analytical tools to detect fraud patterns and propose actionable preventive measures.
• Establish a framework for audits to review the effectiveness of models, processes, and policies.
• Detect and mitigate trademark/IP infringement issues on E-commerce platforms.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve violations and enforce compliance.
• Lead projects related to Fraud, Risk, or Compliance when expanding into new products or markets.
• Act as an internal advisor on risk management and fraud prevention strategies.
