• Support the implementation of environmental management strategies and sustainability initiatives across project sites.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with environmental legislation, permit requirements, corporate standards, and international frameworks.
• Support the preparation and review of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and related environmental studies.

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment between ESG commitments and project execution activities.
• Support identification, assessment, and monitoring of ESG risks and opportunities throughout project development and construction.
• Contribute to the implementation of project Sustainability Master Plans and ESG action plans.
• Collect, analyze, and report ESG performance data for internal management, lenders, regulators, and other stakeholders.
• Support sustainability reporting requirements and monitoring of key ESG indicators.
• Assist in implementing corporate initiatives related to decarbonization, circular economy, waste reduction, resource efficiency, and sustainable procurement.
• Support ESG audits, compliance reviews, and corrective action tracking.

ESG – Environmental, Social, Governance Opportunities

• Execute governance processes and control reviews to support consistently high quality control performance.
• Execute IT General controls centralized with Internal Control Governance.

Senior Analyst – IT Controls, Governance

• Lead and manage the full contract lifecycle: intake, drafting, approval, signature, aligning with storage and monitoring requirements, and tracking renewal/termination dates.
• Align with a central repository of contracts and ensure accuracy, completeness, and version control.
• Ensure timely renewals, renegotiations, or termination decisions through proactive contract tracking.
• Conduct regular business reviews with vendors to assess performance, service levels, issues, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify vendor risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Act as a liaison between business partners, project teams, and vendors.

Vendor Governance Manager

• Own the end-to-end fraud strategy including detection, investigation, and recovery.
• Oversee transaction monitoring, ATO prevention, and fraud modes relevant to the Philippine market (e.g. SIM swaps, document fraud, mule accounts).
• Work closely with compliance and internal audit to identify and understand our biggest risks.
• Partner with product, engineering and operations teams to implement solutions to protect against those risks.
• Work closely with the engineering head of cybersecurity on data privacy and security when relevant.
• The role will be located in the Philippines and will report to Executive Leadership. Relocation and sponsorship will be considered.

Head of Fraud and Risk

• Assists the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) in designing, embedding, and implementing continuous enhancements to Risk Management functions
• Spearheads and oversees enterprise-wide operational risk identification and assessment
• Utilizes various ORM tools, including Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), Project Risk Assessment/Advisory activities (PRA), Key Risk Indicators (KRI), Incident Management, Issue and Action Management
• Ensures the comprehensive implementation of all Risk Tools
• Provides guidance on risk acceptance, contract reviews, and policy/procedure updates
• Analyzes and provides feedback on new regulations and laws that impact risk management and the company's operations
• Reviews risk reports, escalates key risks to senior management, and ensures prompt resolution of non-compliance issues
• Takes the lead in orchestrating business planning activities for Risk Management
• Collaborates with teams to shape comprehensive strategies for the overall Risk Group
• Plays a pivotal role in formulating and implementing operational risk management strategies

• Review supplier applications/accounts to determine if Paddle can support the business
• Investigate escalations from our internal teams
• Investigate alerts generated from our onboarding solution
• Conduct KYC & complex KYB investigations
• Provide insight to help make improvements in our onboarding process
• Provide expertise to the wider business in Onboarding
• Conduct PEPs and sanctions screening reviews in line with regulatory requirements
• Investigate and assess transaction monitoring alerts to identify potential risk or suspicious activity
• Review, validate, and verify bank account details to ensure accuracy and compliance, in line with AML regulations.
• Be confident in making judgement calls (at times based on limited information)
