• Drive affiliate revenue by reactivating dormant partnerships, strengthening relationships with existing partners, and negotiating exclusive, above-market commercial terms
• Build and scale a new TradFi affiliate vertical by acquiring and managing forex, CFD, and commodities brokers with CPA and RevShare partnership models
• Expand affiliate partnerships in priority markets, including Japan and the CIS, to maximize monetization of high-traffic regions
• Coordinate affiliate content production and ensure effective integration of affiliate links across editorial content
• Own the affiliate advertising infrastructure in AdButler, including campaign setup, placements, naming conventions, banner management, A/B testing, and ongoing optimization
• Identify high value conversion patterns by analyzing placements, traffic sources, audience segments, and geographies, then replicate successful strategies across the portfolio
• Audit, optimize, and improve affiliate placements, funnels, and conversion paths to boost CTR and performance
• Collaborate closely with editorial and partnerships teams to ensure a cohesive cross-functional content strategy

Affiliate Revenue Manager

• Own the assessment, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of enablement programs to support critical growth initiatives
• Drive reinforcement of value-based selling motions, sales methodology, sales process, and sales skills best practices
• Collaborate with marketing, product, GTM strategy teams, and revenue leadership in the creation of GTM enablement programming
• Partner with stakeholders to reaffirm GTM materials reflect our commercial insights
• Develop knowledge assessments and certification exams to measure student learning
• Partner with Revenue Operations and GTM teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for GTM readiness initiative
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of revenue enablement programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Support the onboarding curriculum for the revenue organization

Revenue Enablement Program Manager – GTM

• Explicit Strategic Business Partnering: Serve as a dedicated strategic business partner to one or more GTM leaders, helping identify opportunities, solve business challenges, and drive execution against strategic priorities.
• Commercialization: Partner with Product, PMM, Pricing, and Enablement teams to assess commercial readiness and support the successful commercialization of new products, capabilities, and strategic initiatives.
• Revenue Performance & Opportunity Analysis: Analyze revenue performance and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and improved commercial outcomes.
• Identify and frame high-impact business problems related to revenue growth using a mix of data analysis, market insights, and stakeholder input
• Conduct structured quantitative and qualitative analysis to uncover opportunities and assess trade-offs
• Synthesize complex findings into clear, actionable strategies and communicate them to C-level audiences
• Influence senior stakeholders to gain buy-in for strategic recommendations and drive execution across the organisation
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition to alignment, execution, and performance measurement
• Build trusted relationships with cross-functional leaders and executives to proactively surface and shape high-priority initiatives
• Act as a generalist thought partner to revenue leaders, helping them solve complex business challenges

Revenue Strategy – Biz Ops Lead

• Build and automate in HubSpot, designing and building workflows, properties, lifecycle automations, and other system enhancements.
• Run the billing and CPQ system with Chargebee, managing selling rule logic and custom flows.
• Contribute to reporting and data work by building HubSpot reports and dashboards.
• Own integration use cases on the HubSpot side and manage errors.
• Drive user enablement to ensure solutions generate value through training and testing.
• Present solutions to stakeholder groups, translating technical work into understandable formats.
• Troubleshoot issues and document findings for future reference.
• Lean into AI for productivity improvements within workflow logic, documentation, and system enhancements.
