Revenue Operations

• Partner with Sales, SDR, and Partner teams to optimize CRM workflows, improve sales processes, administer PandaDoc, support revenue tools, and execute cross-functional operational initiatives.
• Own the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the CRM, ensuring data integrity, process consistency, and user adoption.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency across the revenue organization.
• Design and deliver monthly Sales Enablement training sessions in partnership with Sales leadership, including topic selection, presentation development, and training delivery.
• Own the monthly sales commission calculation process within Remuner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with compensation plans.
• Partner with the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate commission disbursements.
• Own the Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) reporting process and prepare recurring management reports to provide visibility into revenue performance.
• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports that support sales performance, pipeline visibility, forecasting, and executive decision-making.
• Support ad hoc Request for Proposal (RFP) responses and other strategic initiatives as needed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Account Executives and other revenue team members on CRM, compensation, sales tools, reporting, and operational processes.
• Collaborate across Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Leadership to document, standardize, and continuously improve revenue operations processes.

Revenue Operations Manager

• Lead and develop a small team of FP&A analysts, taking ownership of their workstreams, growth and quality of output
• Own revenue assurance — ensuring reported ARR, NRR, GRR, churn and recurring revenue metrics are accurate, well-controlled and tell a coherent story
• Drive month-end close analysis on the revenue side, including variance analysis against budget and forecast, and production of the monthly Revenue narrative for management and investor consumption
• Own the production and quality of recurring reporting deliverables, including the monthly sponsor pack, budget packs, sponsor reporting requests, and ad hoc requests from business leadership
• Lead strategic projects on the revenue side of the business, including customer cancellation deep-dives, retention and churn analysis, pricing strategy reviews and segment profitability
• Work closely with stakeholders across Customer Success, Revenue Operations and the wider Finance function — identifying and acting on opportunities to improve customer retention and lifetime value
• Lead the data quality and governance agenda for the Revenue pillar, establishing standards and ensuring the team operates from a clean, controlled and trusted dataset
• Drive process improvement and automation across the Revenue pillar — turning the recurring reporting and analytical workload into an opportunity to introduce new tools, automation and AI-augmented workflows that elevate the team's output
• Support forecast and budget cycles for recurring revenue, working closely with the broader FP&A team and stakeholders across the business
• Step in on broader pillar priorities as required, supporting the Senior FP&A Manager across strategic finance projects and senior stakeholder requests

FP&A Manager – Revenue

• Take strategic ownership of the performance of cluster hotels in Europe.
• Implement daily yield management strategies to drive hotel revenues and market share.
• Conduct statistical analysis to develop effective strategies and approaches.
• Monitor and optimise distribution channels to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with General Managers (GMs) to prepare accurate forecasts for each hotel.
• Work closely with the Head of Revenue Management & VP of Commercial to conceptualise yearly budgets.
• Assist in analysing new markets and preparing room budgets for potential property acquisitions.
